I want to thank you guys for the great service. Not that price and reputation had nothing do picking your company, they did, but what impresses me most when dealing with any company is customer service, and in that area Pro-G greatly outshined the other companies that gave me estimates for the roof on my home.

I left a message at dinner time and was shocked when Mike called me right back. I was told to expect Ron at 2:00. He showed up at 2:00. He didn’t waste any of my time. He got right to work figuring out what was causing my leaks and measured up the roof. Ron did a really good job of explaining to me what he thought was the best course of action. He went out to his truck and came back with a printed estimate. He did not pressure me one bit to sign anything.

I had three other companies come out and give me prices. Two of them were small local guys. I figured at least they would be cheaper. They weren’t. Neither of them showed up when they said they would. I waited two hours for one guy before I actually started calling him. I got his voicemail all afternoon. He finally called me back at the end of the day and told me that he got “tied up”. Unbelievable!

The other company I called was one of the big guys, or at least they seemed to be. They do a lot of advertising and I see their green trucks here and there. I knew I was in trouble when two guys got out of the truck wearing ties. One of them had a suit coat on. What kind of roofer wears a suit? Anyway, somehow these guys managed to measure my roof without even putting a ladder up. They spent the next two hours showing me product lines and explaining the virtues of their “lifetime warranty”. I kept telling them that I was just getting prices but they wouldn’t leave. I finally had to make up an excuse that I was going to be late for an appointment just to get them out of my house. I actually had to put my coat on and say “seriously guys, I have to go now”. I drove out to the store just in case they were watching me. How uncomfortable. The worst part was their price was almost twice what your price was. Honestly! It was just under twice your price for the same exact work.

I ended up doing what my instincts told me I should have done to begin with. I called Ron and told him to come pick up the contract and deposit check. Once again he showed up right on time. Ron told me the crew would be there at 7:30 in the morning. They were there at 7:30 in the morning. Ron told me they would have the whole roof done in one day. They were done in one day. My yard looked cleaner than it did before they started. Ron even came back the next day just to make sure there was no trash left from under the dumpster after they picked it up. You just can’t ask for better service than that. We've had a couple of serious downpours since the roof was replaced. It looks great and we haven't had one single leak.

Rest assured I will be recommending Pro-G Contractors to anyone I know who needs a roof. Great Service! I mean that, Great Service!

After getting an estimate from the company doing my neighbors roof, I thought my roof would have to be torn off and that my gutters and downspouts needed replacing. My dad knew the Hudechecks from back in Glenolden. He said they were honest people and recommended I give them a call. I had to track you down since the name change to Pro-G Contractors, but I’m glad I did.

Ron found my existing roof to be in sound condition for applying a second layer of shingles and that my gutters and downspouts only needed a good washing. I actually showed him the estimate that the other company gave me. He could have just undercut their price and made a whole lot more money. Instead he chose to be honest and in doing so saved me a whole lot of money. I saved thousands, literally thousands of dollars.

I hired Pro-G to do the roof and to pressure wash the gutters, downspouts and all the trim work on the house. I couldn’t be happier with the way the place looks now and I have not had one problem with leaks.

This is one referral that I don’t mind writing at all. I am absolutely honest in recommending this company to anyone needing their services.

We just finished spending thousands of dollars on our landscaping so my biggest fear about having our roof done was that we might have to spend even more money replacing plants that would get killed having the roof torn off. I know, we should have done the roof first, but we didn’t realize it needed to be replaced until it started leaking.

It turned out I didn’t need to worry about the landscaping one bit. Before the roofers started they covered all of our bushes and groundcover with tarps. They laid more tarps on a spot of lawn out back where they actually dropped the stuff they were tearing off. I watched them carry all of the roof debris up and over the ridge so that they could drop it at that spot. They put a dumpster out in the street so it didn’t damage our driveway. They had two guys with wheelbarrows who spent the whole day shoveling and wheeling the stuff to the dumpster.

After the roof was finished they raked our groundcover and picked all of the little pieces of trash out of our mulch by hand. They went over, and over, and over our lawn with a big magnet to make sure there were no nails left. That was really important to me. We have kids and pets who play out there. I had watched them cleaning everything up so I was surprised when they asked me to walk around the property with them to inspect the grounds. They would not leave until I gave the grounds my complete approval.

I don’t know much about roofs. It looks really nice and doesn’t leak, but what impressed me most was the care they gave to my property. You promised me that they would treat my home like it was yours and you did. I appreciate that and I will recommend your company highly to my friends.
